Costco Events & Home Shows Pay:

$20.00 per hour + $100 Appointment Bonus + 1% Commission on Closed Sales Part-Time | Typically 16 to 20 hours per week with opportunities to pick up additional shifts. We're looking for energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside Costco warehouses and at Home Shows throughout Northern California. Your job is simple. Start conversations, educate homeowners about our products, and gather information from interested homeowners for our office to schedule a free in-home consultation. You are not responsible for scheduling appointments while in the warehouse. This is not a desk job. This is not a job where you stand around waiting for customers. If you're shy, quiet, uncomfortable approaching people, or prefer working behind the scenes, this position will not be a good fit. Every day is different. You might be working at an exit display inside Costco one day and representing our company at a Costco Roadshow or Home Show the next. If you enjoy meeting new people and thrive in an energetic environment, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Start conversations with Costco members and event guests. Create a fun, welcoming experience. Gather information from qualified homeowners for our office to schedule a free in-home consultation. Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Work in Costco warehouses, Costco Roadshows, and seasonal Home Shows throughout the year. Where You'll Work Our Brand Ambassadors rotate throughout several Costco locations, including: Concord Richmond Antioch Danville Livermore Pleasanton Brentwood Hayward San Leandro You may also have opportunities to work Costco Roadshows and Home Shows throughout the year. What We're Looking For We're hiring personality first. We can teach product knowledge. We can teach our sales process. Availability Our ideal availability includes:

Two morning shifts each week (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM) Two evening shifts each week (2:00 PM to 6:00 PM) Two full weekends each month, consisting of two Saturdays and two Sundays. Weekend shifts may be scheduled in either the morning or evening. Most shifts follow a consistent weekly schedule. Occasionally, team members are scheduled for Costco Roadshows or Home Shows, where shift times vary based on the event schedule. Weekend shifts qualify for premium pay. Full details are discussed during the interview. Requirements Reliable transportation is required. Strong communication skills. Professional appearance. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to travel to multiple warehouse locations as needed.
