- Set up, staff, and break down farmers market booth
- Sell product and engage customers on-site
- Maintain inventory and product presentation
- As skills develop: conduct in-store demos, with option to broker elixir line for commission
- As skills further develop: support kitchen/warehouse production Requirements
- Reliable vehicle large enough to transport market setup/equipment (mileage reimbursed) — SUV, hatchback, van, or similar preferred
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Available weekends
- Strong customer service/communication skills
- No prior product or fermentation knowledge required — full training and product education provided Benefits
