Community Brand Ambassador - Black Hawk / Central City CannaBliss Dispensary | Central City, CO Part-Time | 15-20 hours per week | Starting at $20/hour + performance bonuses CannaBliss is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and highly personable Community Brand Ambassador to help grow our presence throughout Black Hawk and Central City. This is not a traditional sales job , and we're not looking for someone to simply hand out flyers. We're looking for someone who loves meeting people, building relationships, making connections, and representing a fun local brand. What You'll Do Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, bars, casinos, hospitality employees, transportation providers, local businesses, and tourism-related businesses throughout Black Hawk and Central City. Introduce local businesses and hospitality employees to CannaBliss. Distribute CannaBliss VIP cards and promotional materials at approved locations. Identify new opportunities to introduce visitors and local workers to CannaBliss. Follow up with businesses and contacts you've developed. Represent CannaBliss professionally throughout the community. Track businesses visited, contacts made, promotional materials distributed, follow-ups, and customer referrals. Work with CannaBliss management to identify which outreach efforts are generating results. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Love talking to people and aren't afraid to introduce yourself. Have an outgoing, positive, and approachable personality. Are comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations. Know Black Hawk, Central City, or the surrounding area. Have experience in hospitality, casinos, restaurants, tourism, promotions, events, sales, or customer service. Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Know how to be persistent without being pushy. Are organized and reliable with follow-ups and tracking your outreach. Existing relationships within the Black Hawk/Central City casino, hospitality, tourism, or business community are a major plus. Compensation Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Bonuses will be based on measurable outreach results and verified new customer activity—not simply the number of promotional cards distributed. Schedule Approximately 15-20 hours per week to start Combination of weekdays, evenings, and weekends Hours may vary based on tourism activity, events, and outreach opportunities This position will begin as a pilot role , with the opportunity to grow in hours, responsibilities, and compensation based on performance. About CannaBliss CannaBliss is a locally operated dispensary serving Central City, Black Hawk, and visitors to Colorado's gaming and mountain communities.
