We are currently seeking enthusiastic Sign Holders and Sign Spinners to join our dynamic team! This exciting role involves promoting our business by holding a sign and getting attention, creating a lively atmosphere at our store locations. Your energy will help draw attention and generate buzz! If you love staying active, enjoy engaging with people, and don't mind outdoor work, this is the perfect role for you! Responsibilities Hold an eye-catching sign to attract attention Engage audiences through dancing, waving, or energetic movements to draw more attention to the signage Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout shifts to represent the brand effectively Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a cell phone Must have reliable transportation Must be willing and able to travel/work within approximately 20 miles of your home Must have a positive, energetic attitude Must be comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and light rainy weather Must be able to stand, move, and hold a sign for up to 6-hour shifts Must be able to work safely near the roadside Weekend availability is required Must be able to work in the Florida heat Successful completion of a criminal background check is required Skills Prior sign holding experience is always a plus Ability to perform physical activities such as dancing and energetic movements for extended periods outdoors Outdoor work experience demonstrating adaptability to various weather conditions
