full-time Strategic Alliances Lead Role Overview My client is seeking a Strategic Alliances Lead to build and maintain partnerships with thought leaders, patient advocacy organizations, and academic institutions. This individual will support strategic engagement initiatives across neurology-focused therapeutic areas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help advance educational, awareness, and stakeholder engagement programs. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, patient advocacy organizations, and academic institutions. Represent the organization at advocacy events, conferences, and forums to strengthen stakeholder relationships. Cultivate relationships with academic centers and support educational resources and opportunities for emerging healthcare professionals. Facilitate partnerships that align with organizational objectives and expand the impact of therapeutic area programs. Provide strategic guidance, insights, and tools to field-based teams. Collaborate with training, marketing, medical affairs, compliance, and operations teams to support program execution and measurement. Assist with product launch activities and ongoing portfolio promotion efforts. Experience & Skills Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. At least 3 years of experience building relationships with KOLs Experience in alliance management, advocacy relations, or field-based sales and leadership roles.
