Job Overview We are looking for motivated, reliable, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Flyer Distributors / Field Sales Representatives . This position involves distributing promotional flyers to apartment communities and residential areas while also using your sales and communication skills to engage with potential customers when opportunities arise. Duties Distribute flyers door-to-door at assigned apartment communities and residential areas Make sure every assigned door/unit is reached Speak with potential customers and provide basic information about our services Generate interest and potential leads while in the field Represent the company in a friendly and professional manner Track completed locations and provide proof of completion Communicate apartment/location name, start time, end time, and completion photos Follow assigned routes and complete daily distribution goals Experience Door-to-door sales, outside sales, canvassing, telecommunications, internet, cable, solar, or similar experience is a plus Strong communication and people skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with potential customers Self-motivated and able to work independently Dependable and able to complete assigned locations Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation preferred Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods Join us as a Field Marketing Representative / Flyer Distributor and make a tangible impact in your community!
