Stop by 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM or 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM to interview with a Howmet recruiter for leadership opportunities. As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead manufacturing teams in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork are critical to success. Production Supervisor Responsibilities Lead and support production teams to meet business and customer objectives. Supervise 30-40 employees, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Coordinate daily operations to maximize productivity and workflow. Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
