Position Summary We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and reliable Event & Brand Ambassador to represent Nothing Bundt Cakes at events and throughout our local communities. This is a flexible, part-time position that is perfect for someone looking to pick up additional hours throughout the week. Event opportunities will vary from week to week and may include daytime, evening, and weekend events. As an Event & Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Nothing Bundt Cakes at community events, corporate events, school functions, sporting events, festivals, fundraisers, grand openings, vendor fairs, and other promotional opportunities. You'll help introduce people to our brand, promote our products, create genuine connections, generate sales and catering leads, and make sure every event is a sweet experience from start to finish. With 7 locations across the Twin Cities metro, there are opportunities to work at events throughout the area, with a particular focus on the western Twin Cities metro. What You'll Do Represent the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Engage with event attendees and proactively start conversations with potential customers. Promote our cakes, products, catering services, and special promotions. Offer samples and product demonstrations when applicable. Encourage purchases and identify opportunities to upsell products or services. Generate leads for catering, corporate orders, school partnerships, community partnerships, and other future business opportunities. Build relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, event coordinators, and community members. Set up, maintain, and tear down event booths, displays, signage, and promotional materials. Keep event spaces organized, clean, inviting, and Bundt-iful! Assist with event sales, including POS transactions and cash/credit card payments when applicable. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing and management teams. Capture photos and videos at events for social media and marketing purposes when appropriate. Complete brief post-event recaps, including sales, customer engagement, leads, feedback, and potential follow-up opportunities. Work independently when assigned to events while maintaining Nothing Bundt Cakes standards and expectations. Collaborate with bakery and marketing teams to support community outreach and promotional initiatives. Assist with other marketing, promotional, and community events as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, food service, sales, hospitality, marketing, events, or promotions is preferred but not required. Event marketing or promotional experience is a plus. Experience using a POS system and handling cash or credit card transactions is a plus. Social media/content creation experience is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous brand ambassador experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to complete a Minnesota Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling to various events and Nothing Bundt Cakes locations throughout the Twin Cities metro. Must be comfortable working outside and in varying weather conditions when events require it. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and transport event supplies, product, displays, and other materials as needed. Must be available for a flexible schedule that may include daytime, evening, and weekend events. Must be comfortable working independently at events when assigned. Must be willing to represent the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand and follow company appearance, dress, food safety, and operational standards.
