Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Specialist to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an active environment, meeting new people, presenting products and services, and contributing to successful customer-focused events. Responsibilities Assist with planning and executing promotional events. Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest. Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown. Create positive customer experiences during promotional events. Build relationships with customers and prospective customers. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. Help maintain an organized and professional event environment. Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members. Support individual and team sales goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional demeanor. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused and goal-oriented. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in events, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is a plus but not required.
