We are engineering the vibe for the massive Carolina Crawls Spooky Szn Halloween Crawl on Saturday, October 31, 2026, and we need adventurous, high-energy Brand Ambassadors to help bring the experience to life. If you love connecting with your community, curating unforgettable moments, and taking charge in a fast-paced environment, we want you on the team. The Role As a Brand Ambassador, you are the first touchpoint for hundreds of attendees. You will execute flawless check-in operations, distribute event collateral, and act as a digital guide, onboarding guests onto our exclusive City Crawler app so they can hit the city at their own pace.

Shift Hours:

3:00 PM - 9:00

PM Active Check-In Operations:

4:00 PM - 7:00

PM Core Responsibilities Guest Activation:

Arrive promptly at 3:00 PM to prep check-in supplies and launch the Eventbrite Organizer App on your personal smartphone.

Seamless Check-In:

Scan attendee QR codes efficiently and distribute exactly one lanyard, one event badge, and one designated swag item per valid ticket.

App Onboarding:

Act as an experience guide. Direct attendees to scan the QR code on the back of their badge to download the City Crawler app, unlocking their interactive digital passports, venue maps, and drink specials.

Operations Support:

Assist in hanging promotional posters, ensure the check-in area remains impeccably clean, and pack remaining materials into supply boxes at 7:00 PM.

Requirements Age:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Tech-Ready:

Must possess a reliable smartphone with a fully charged battery, a backup battery pack/power bank, and a strong cellular data signal to consistently run the check-in applications.

The Look:

We are curating an immersive experience! You must wear a themed Halloween costume to engineer the vibe. If you do not have themed apparel, professional all-black attire is required.

The Energy:

Outgoing, highly professional, and able to thrive and problem-solve in a bustling, high-volume environment.

Compensation & Perks Base Pay:

$25.00 per hour.

Payroll:

Seamless, digital Net-14 payouts processed via Square Payroll.

Bonus Potential:

Earn an additional $10 cash bonus for every approved and confirmed venue where you hang promotional posters prior to the event (potential for 30+ venues).
