Job Description

Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist drives marketing initiatives across the North American market by executing digital and in‑person campaigns and managing trade shows, workshops, seminars, training courses, and other promotional events. The role collaborates closely with headquarters to refine product and company collateral, ensuring that all messaging aligns with the needs of North American customers. The specialist contributes fresh ideas, organizes impactful marketing activities, and supports the North American team in operating more efficiently and effectively. The position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional committed to strengthening the company's marketing presence and advancing regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, workshops, seminars, training courses, campaigns, and other marketing events across North America. Lead both digital and in-person marketing activities, including content coordination, video production, interviews, and other promotional materials. Support headquarters in finalizing product and company promotional collateral, ensuring messaging, terminology, and verbiage are well suited for North American customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, distributors, academic associations, and trade show organizers to enhance marketing initiatives and sales efficiency. Oversee marketing material inventory, event logistics, including physical inventory, shipments of demo equipment, promotional items, and giveaways. Maintain and update digital platforms and marketing assets to ensure consistent branding and accessibility. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and branding teams to deliver campaigns and events effectively. Continuously improve the planning and organization of marketing activities, trade shows, and new initiatives in North America. Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. 3+ years of experience in marketing, event management, campaign management, or related functions. Strong hands-on marketing skills, including digital marketing, event planning, and promotional content execution. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with KOLs, distributors, and external partners. Creative, proactive, and able to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and events.

Experience with medical equipment and or veterinary marketing is a plus. Able to travel by car or by airplane nationally up to 50% of the time or whatever is required to meet customer needs.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $63,938.82 per year
