Business Canvassing:
Visit local offices, schools, and retail centers to distribute menus, exclusive coupons, and promotional items.
Event Execution:
Set up and manage on-site activations, food sampling tables, and brand booths at community festivals, high school sports games, and local markets. [1] B2
B Partnerships:
Build direct relationships with neighboring business managers and local organizations to set up corporate catering deals or exclusive employee discount programs.
Store-Level Support:
Coordinate in-store promotional launches, grand openings, and family fun nights with the general manager. Digital & Social Media Marketing (30%)
Content Creation:
Capture appetizing photos and short-form video reels (TikTok, Instagram) of new menu items and behind-the-scenes kitchen action.
Community Management:
Respond to customer reviews, comments, and direct messages across digital platforms to maintain a positive brand voice.
Local Promos:
Help execute geo-targeted digital ads and mobile app push notifications for nearby store radiuses. Analytics & Reporting (20%)
ROI Tracking:
Measure the redemption rates of physical flyers, coupons, and promo codes handed out during field visits.
Market Feedback:
Gather direct customer feedback during in-person events and report local consumer trends back to the corporate team.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent field experience).
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in brand marketing, field promotions, or the hospitality/restaurant industry.
Interpersonal Skills:
Outgoing, energetic, and confident "people person" who is comfortable starting conversations and working a room.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods during outdoor events, lift promotional gear (up to 30 lbs), and travel to local restaurant locations.
Tech/Creative Skills:
Basic proficiency in smartphone content creation (CapCut, Canva), editing and familiarity with major social media platforms.
Licensing:
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for field visits.
