•Duties Actively promote our products at dispensaries, events, and community gatherings to increase brand visibility and customer engagement Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to educate potential customers Collect valuable data during interactions to support marketing strategies and customer insights Manage social media accounts by sharing engaging content, responding to comments, and growing online presence Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service, addressing questions, and handling sales objections confidently Assist in organizing and executing event marketing campaigns that showcase our brand's values and offerings Provide in-person customer service by answering inquiries, guiding product selections, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Experience Previous cannabis experience or retail experience is highly desirable for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service Proven ability in social media management or digital content creation is a plus Bilingual skills are preferred to connect with diverse audiences effectively Experience in public speaking or event marketing helps in confidently representing the brand at various functions Strong communication skills combined with technical proficiency in using smartphones, tablets, or POS systems for data collection and sales transactions Knowledge of retail store product details enhances credibility when promoting products and answering customer questions Demonstrated success in customer relationship building, sales, or promoting products through direct interaction Join us as a Brand Ambassador where your enthusiasm fuels brand growth!
