This is a fast-paced role where you'll build valuable sales and marketing experience while helping customers discover affordable energy solutions. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll interact directly with customers, introduce Just Energy's products and services, and help guide interested customers through the enrollment process. Every Brand Ambassador plays an important role in strengthening brand awareness, supporting retail marketing campaigns, and contributing to overall sales success through positive customer interactions. Entry Level Brand Ambassador Key Responsibilities Represent the Just Energy brand inside retail locations while creating engaging customer experiences. Build brand awareness by introducing customers to available energy products and services through informative sales conversations. Learn about each customer's needs and recommend solutions that provide long-term value. Guide customers through enrollments while ensuring an accurate and professional experience. Support retail marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborate with fellow Brand Ambassadors to achieve daily sales goals and strengthen local marketing campaigns. Maintain knowledge of current products, offers, and marketing initiatives to ensure consistent customer experiences. Continue developing communication, customer engagement, sales, and marketing skills through ongoing coaching as a Brand Ambassador. Entry Level Brand Ambassador Qualifications Interested in sales, marketing, customer engagement, or brand awareness. 0-3 years of experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or another people-focused role is helpful but not required. Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face retail environment. Strong communication skills with an outgoing, positive attitude. Motivated to represent a nationally recognized brand while supporting creative marketing campaigns. Coachable, dependable, and excited to learn new skills. Interested in building a long-term career as a Brand Ambassador while developing professional sales experience. Passionate about helping customers while increasing brand awareness through outstanding service and effective marketing.
