Job Summary:

We are hiring a representative to go around neighborhoods and businesses to help distribute marketing materials and promote our services in local neighborhoods. You will either be placing postcards on doors or speaking with homeowners and business owners directly to generate leads and sales. You will not be 'doorknocking' per say.

What You'll Do:

Distribute at least 50 doorcards (postcards) per hour in designated neighborhoods Walk door-to-door for a minimum of 20 hours per week Use a company-provided tally counter to track cards delivered Use the "Map My Walk" app to record walking time and routes Optionally speak with homeowners to generate leads and sales Report daily activity and results

What We're Looking For:

Must have reliable transportation Comfortable walking for several hours at a time Responsible and able to track time and tasks Smartphone with ability to run tracking apps Friendly, respectful, and self-motivated Prior sales or canvassing experience a plus, but not required

Pay and Incentives:

$16/hour starting pay with uncapped commission 2% commission on any job booked from your postcards Up to 10% commission if you close a job with a homeowner or business owner directly
