Trimlight Austin | Austin, TX Part-time | Consistent weekly schedule | Paid per verified door Trimlight Austin is looking for reliable, motivated people to distribute flyers in neighborhoods throughout the Austin area. You will walk assigned neighborhood routes and place a Trimlight flyer at each eligible home. There is no selling, cold calling, or door knocking required. This is an independent outdoor role for someone who enjoys walking, working on their own, and earning more by completing more doors. Schedule We offer flexibility in choosing your working days and times. However, this is not a work-when-you-feel-like-it position . You will establish a regular weekly schedule and be expected to: Work your committed days and times consistently Distribute flyers every week Maintain a steady and productive pace Complete assigned routes and weekly flyer goals Communicate in advance about any schedule changes We have weekly marketing goals, so we need dependable team members who can consistently complete the amount of flyering they commit to. Compensation You are paid for each verified home you flyer. Your per-door rate increases when you reach higher weekly totals:

Starter:

$0.10 per door

Pro:

$0.18 per door after reaching 1,000 doors during the payout week

Elite:

$0.25 per door after reaching 1,500 doors during the payout week Example weekly earnings: 1,000 verified doors at the Pro rate: $180 1,500 verified doors at the Elite rate: $375 2,000 verified doors at the Elite rate: $500 The more verified doors you complete during the payout week, the higher your earning rate. Completed homes must be accurately recorded and verified to qualify for payment. Responsibilities Distribute Trimlight flyers throughout assigned Austin-area neighborhoods Follow your agreed-upon weekly schedule Maintain a consistent and productive flyering pace Meet agreed-upon weekly distribution goals Accurately record completed homes using our mobile tracking system Follow assigned routes and neighborhood instructions Keep flyers clean and place them securely in approved locations Communicate promptly about route progress, delays, or schedule changes Represent Trimlight Austin professionally in the community Qualifications Dependable, honest, and self-motivated Able to commit to a consistent weekly schedule Comfortable working independently Comfortable walking outdoors for several hours Able to maintain a productive pace and meet weekly goals Dependable transportation to assigned neighborhoods Smartphone with reliable service Comfortable working in typical Austin weather At least [minimum age] years old What We Provide Flexibility to establish your regular weekly schedule No selling, cold calling, or door knocking Assigned neighborhood routes Flyers and basic training Mobile tracking system Clear productivity goals and payout reporting Higher earning rates for higher weekly output Physical Requirements This position involves frequent walking, standing, and bending while carrying a supply of flyers.
