Conduct engaging property tours and effectively highlight community amenities, features, and benefits. Respond promptly to leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective residents. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents throughout the leasing process. Work toward and achieve leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals. Stay informed about competing communities, market conditions, rental rates, and current promotions. Assist with developing and implementing leasing strategies based on market trends and property goals. Process rental applications, lease paperwork, renewals, and related documentation accurately and consistently. Ensure all leasing activities are conducted in compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies. Resident Experience Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents. Help create a community environment where residents feel welcomed, valued, and proud to call home. Assist with making move-in day a positive and memorable experience for new residents. Respond to resident questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-oriented mindset. Promote resident retention through consistent communication, follow-up, and exceptional service. Handle resident concerns and conflicts with patience, professionalism, and diplomacy, escalating issues to leadership when appropriate. Encourage positive resident experiences that contribute to strong community ratings and reviews. Community Operations Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming leasing office. Help ensure model units, vacant apartments, amenities, and common areas are clean, presentable, and ready for tours. Assist with property inspections and identify opportunities to improve the appearance, safety, and overall resident experience. Support the Community Director and property team with day-to-day community operations. Assist with resident communications, events, and community initiatives. Maintain accurate resident and leasing records and ensure documentation is completed timely and accurately. Teamwork & Compliance Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Collaborate with the property team to achieve community goals and provide an exceptional resident experience. Support a positive team environment and contribute ideas for improving leasing and resident satisfaction. Maintain current knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, landlord-tenant laws, and other regulations applicable to multifamily housing. Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. What We're Looking For 1+ years of multifamily/property management or leasing experience preferred Previous leasing or sales experience strongly preferred Entrata experience is a PLUS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Highly organized with excellent multitasking and follow-through abilities Proactive problem-solver who can think critically and see the bigger picture Positive, team-oriented attitude with a collaborative work style Comfortable working toward leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals Basic financial knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally Bilingual is a PLUS Why Rise48 Communities?
