[ Click here for a listing of our communities.] Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant with strong personal and professional attributes to join the P.B. Bell team. The Leasing Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents. This role supports the Community Manager in marketing and leasing efforts while delivering exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include engaging with prospects and residents, showcasing the benefits of the community, closing rental agreements, and assisting with resident concerns in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for prospective residents Assist in marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals Conduct community tours and effectively present apartment features and amenities Successfully close rental agreements Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with resolving resident concerns and problem-solving Complete daily administrative and leasing duties Skills & Requirements Previous apartment leasing experience preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Strong sales and closing skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Exceptional customer service skills General office and computer experience required Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work weekends and some weekdays Compensation & Benefits P.B.
