Responsibilities Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent 90 Day Launch training program Dedicate at least 20 hours weekly to lead generation efforts Conduct a minimum of 1-2 open houses per week Join our daily (Monday to Friday) team Power Up meetings Participate in team activities adhering to team standards Attend weekly individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications An active Arizona Real Estate License is required for joining our team, though not necessary for the application process. If you don't possess one, we will guide you on how to obtain it!
