How You Contribute Support the Real Estate team across asset management, receivership, and property-level projects, working directly with and learning from experienced team members Coordinate recurring property reporting, including occupancy, leasing, delinquency, collections, unit turns, and significant operational matters Work with property managers and other third parties to gather information, follow up on outstanding items, and keep reporting complete and current Maintain monthly property trends and trackers, flagging inconsistencies or missing information for review by the asset management team Maintain leasing trackers for new leases, renewals, expirations, pending transactions, and active negotiations Support preparation of Initial, Inspection, Interim, and Final Receiver's Reports by organizing property, financial, leasing, and operational information, schedules, and exhibits Update Receipts and Disbursements (R D) workbooks and organize supporting bank records, invoices, operating expenses, capital expenditures, fees, and cash information Track property insurance policies, renewals, premiums, claims, and property tax assessments, payments, and due dates Maintain property and project checklists covering banking, insurance, taxes, property management, contracts, inspections, repairs, reporting, leasing, and transitions Track action items, ownership, and deadlines across multiple properties, following up to keep projects moving Maintain organized property files, consistent document naming, and version control so information is complete and easy to locate Assist with property management transitions, information requests, inspections, repairs, funding requests, and leasing activity Coordinate with internal team members, property managers, brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders to collect information and support execution Learn the operational, financial, and court-driven aspects of distressed real estate, gradually taking on greater responsibility as experience develops What You Bring Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a related field preferred 0 to 2 years of experience in real estate, property management, finance, business administration, project coordination, or a related environment Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage multiple recurring responsibilities and deadlines without losing track of details A high bar for accuracy and a genuine discomfort with sloppy or incomplete information Clear written and verbal communication skills with consistent, professional follow-through Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, with interest in developing stronger analytical and technical skills Basic understanding of property operations, leasing, or financial reporting preferred but not required A preference for structured, process-driven work and comfort operating within established systems Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions, learn new concepts, and take on responsibility incrementally Ability to recognize when something needs attention and escalate questions appropriately rather than guessing Comfort supporting several properties and projects at once within a well-organized structure Why You Will Be Excited to Work Here Learn from the ground up: hands-on exposure to real estate asset management, receiverships, property operations, financial reporting, leasing, and project execution Work-life harmony: a culture-rich, flexible environment that respects life outside of work PTO accrual and paid holidays Community impact: paid volunteer time and monetary matches to your charity of choice Office perks: wellness, food and beverage Health benefits: multiple plan options to fit your needs 401(k) contribution: support for your financial future Continued education and networking opportunities Who We Are Resolute is a national boutique business advisory firm specializing in distressed and transitional environments.
