Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations Lead follow-up Real estate sales Database campaigns Lead generation Close sales Sales scripts mastery
