This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and interested in building experience within residential real estate. The Real Estate Assistant will play a key role in keeping transactions, listings, and client communications running smoothly while allowing the agent to focus on sales and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage the agent's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate showings Prepare, organize, and track listing and transaction documents Coordinate escrow timelines and communicate with clients, vendors, and cooperating agents Input and update listings in the MLS and other platforms Assist with all marketing efforts including property brochures, ads, email campaigns, and social media content, working closely with the in-house marketing department Handle client inquiries and follow-ups professionally and promptly Maintain CRM systems and organize client records Assist with open houses and occasional showings Provide general administrative and operational support as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in real estate or administrative support (real estate experience preferred) Valid California Driver's License required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and MLS systems Familiarity with CRM platforms a plus Familiarity with CAR contracts Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and client-focused California real estate license is required What's Offered Full-time position with a base salary of $50,000 annually Hands-on experience supporting an active real estate business Exposure to residential transactions from listing to close Opportunity to grow within the agent's business over time Professional, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment
