Responsibilities Assist with managing real estate transactions from offer to closing, ensuring all documentation and deadlines are met efficiently. Support clients by building rapport through clear communication and personalized service, fostering long-term relationships. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends, pricing strategies, and neighborhood developments. Coordinate marketing efforts for property listings, including digital campaigns and open house events, to attract potential buyers. Negotiate offers and counteroffers with clients and other agents to facilitate smooth deal closures. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, appointments, and transaction progress. Stay compliant with Fair Housing regulations and ethical standards while practicing real estate activities. Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients during offer negotiations. Proficiency in marketing strategies and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse client bases. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to build client rapport and manage client communication seamlessly. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks and reporting. Experience with managing real estate teams or supporting multiple agents is a plus. Deep understanding of the residential real estate market analysis, industry trends, and fair housing regulations. Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing real estate transactions and administrative duties. Customer service orientation combined with experience in real estate sales or practicing real estate activities.
