Apartment Leasing Consultant Needed In Carlsbad area.

Job Responsibilities :

v Respond to internet leads, answer phone inquiries, and conduct property tours. v Handle all walk-ins, on-line leads and other potential sales opportunities in a timely professional manner. v Filing leases, completed work orders, and any other documents. v Identify residents' needs and strive to resolve them.

Job Requirements :

v Excellent communication and time management skills v Must be computer-savvy. Knowledge of relevant software applications is a plus v Experience working in residential property management as a leasing consultant v Familiar with Fair Housing laws is a plus v Great attitude, flexibility, and professional presentation •
