Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant for a Multifamily property located in California. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about real estate and customer service, with a focus on leasing and property management. Responsibilities:

Assist prospective residents with inquiries and provide tours of available units. Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new residents. Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant interactions, and property conditions. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the property is well-maintained and all units are ready for occupancy. Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive community atmosphere. Support marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain existing ones. Ensure compliance with all applicable housing regulations and property policies.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent education. Experience with Yardi software is required. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Knowledge of affordable housing, HUD, LIHTC, or senior housing programs is a plus.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Benefits:

Competitive pay ranging from $22 to $24 per hour. Opportunity to work in a supportive and engaging community setting. Minimal travel required.
