This role is ideal for real estate professionals who excel at converting online leads into successful transactions and building lasting client relationships. As a Zillow Buyer Agent, you will be responsible for managing and converting buyer leads generated through Zillow and other digital marketing channels. You will engage with prospective homebuyers, provide expert guidance throughout the purchasing process, and deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact through closing. Success in this role depends on consistent follow-up, strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to Zillow and company-generated buyer inquiries. Build rapport with prospective homebuyers and identify their needs, preferences, and timelines. Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities. Schedule and conduct buyer consultations and property showings. Guide clients through the home-buying process from initial inquiry through closing. Educate buyers on market conditions, financing options, neighborhoods, and available inventory. Negotiate purchase agreements and advocate for clients throughout the transaction process. Stay informed about local market trends, pricing, inventory levels, and community developments. Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in the applicable state required. Experience working with Zillow leads or online lead-conversion platforms preferred. Proven ability to nurture and convert buyer leads into successful transactions. Strong knowledge of the local residential real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, Zillow tools, and other real estate technology platforms. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required. Expected annual earnings range from $60,000 to $85,000+ based on experience, client activity, and overall performance.
