Career Strategies is an employee-owned staffing firm specializing in the multifamily industry, with over 35 years of experience connecting property management teams with talented professionals through temporary roles, many with temp-to-hire potential. Now hiring an Experienced Leasing Consultant for a LIHTC (Tax Credit) apartment community in Fresno, CA! Grow your affordable-housing career with hands-on Section 42 compliance work. What you'll do: Support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations Assist with income certifications, annual recertifications, and waitlists Keep tenant files accurate and audit-ready for Tax Credit compliance Tour apartments for prospective residents What we're looking for: 1-2 years in property management, LIHTC / affordable housing preferred Familiarity with Section 42 income certification a strong plus Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, OneSite) TCS or C3P certification a plus
Schedule :
Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmPay :
