Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily living activities and provide essential nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) and licensed vocational nurse (LVN). The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care. CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring residents from beds to wheelchairs. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure temperature, and pulse. Assist with feeding and ensuring residents receive proper nutrition. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Follow individualized care plans to ensure the highest level of patient comfort. Document care provided and report any changes in residents conditions to nurses. Requirements Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or long-term care preferred. Ability to lift and assist residents as needed Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate and patient-focused mindset Must pass a background check
