We are looking for motivated, coachable agents to join a structured real estate team in Huntington Beach. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want real mentorship, proven systems, and hands-on training instead of trying to figure everything out alone. You must be able to commit at least 30 hours per week and be serious about building a real estate career. What You'll Learn Unlike most teams, this team focuses heavily on pricing strategy and market expertise — one of the most important skills agents need to win listings and guide buyers successfully. You'll be trained on: Pricing strategy and market analysis Lead generation systems Buyer and seller consultations Converting opportunities into clients Managing transactions professionally What We Provide Structured lead generation systems Hands-on mentorship and coaching Clear daily business systems Training on advanced pricing strategies Technology and tools to stay organized Our goal is to help you build a real estate career — not just hold a license. Responsibilities Generate and follow up with leads daily Meet with buyers and sellers Conduct showings and open houses Analyze market data and pricing strategies Manage transactions from contract to close Deliver exceptional service that creates referrals Requirements Active California real estate license Able to commit 30+ hours per week Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Coachable and able to follow systems Excellent communication skills This is not a hobby role.
