Our proven staging system, local expertise, and innovative design approach give real estate professionals a strategic advantage in a highly competitive market. Your Mission You will become the face of Elite Home Staging within the Southern California real estate community, developing relationships with: Luxury real estate agents and teams Brokers and brokerage offices Developers and investors Affluent homeowners preparing to sell Corporate housing and short-term rental professionals Your goal is simple: introduce more clients to the unbelievable difference exceptional staging can make. What You'll Do You will: Build and manage a high-value pipeline of real estate and design opportunities Develop long-term referral relationships with agents, brokers, developers, and property professionals Present Elite Home Staging's services with confidence, sophistication, and clarity Educate prospective clients on the value and potential return of professional staging Conduct outreach through calls, email, networking, office visits, events, and social media Identify upcoming listings and connect with decision-makers before properties reach the market Coordinate consultations and proposals with our staging and design team Follow up consistently and guide prospects from introduction to signed project Represent the Elite brand at industry events, brokerage meetings, open houses, and networking opportunities Help expand our presence across Southern California's most desirable real estate markets You May Be the Perfect Fit If You Are Confident, polished, persuasive, and highly professional Experienced in sales, business development, luxury services, real estate, design, hospitality, or a related field Comfortable speaking with high-performing agents and affluent homeowners Skilled at building trust and maintaining long-term professional relationships Proactive, organized, accountable, and motivated by results Visually aware and genuinely interested in real estate, architecture, interiors, or luxury design Able to communicate value without relying on discounts Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a creative team Well-connected within the Southern California real estate community—or excited to build that network What Makes This Opportunity Different You will represent a service that clients can immediately see, experience, and understand.
