Responsibilities:

Service home buyers & home sellers at the highest level Work effectively with team and mentors Study and know local market statistics daily Manage a database of leads and contacts with daily follow up and appointment-setting Learn and use scripts and best practices for lead conversion Participate in team meetings, events and one on one coaching

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High energy and passionate about working with and helping others Committed to delivering exceptional customer service always Goal-oriented and high-achieving- a sales or high-level customer service background is a plus! Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative team environment – our team is fast-paced and results-focused.
