Job Description
We are a real estate brokerage seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy group of real estate professionals in a dynamic, high-energy environment. What You'll Do Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to close. Ensure compliance with brokerage policies and state requirements. Track deadlines and proactively communicate important milestones. Maintain accurate transaction files and documentation. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. We're Looking For Someone Who Has previous transaction coordinating experience (California real estate experience preferred). Is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize multiple files. Communicates professionally and confidently with agents and clients.
