You'll gain hands-on experience working with luxury buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, inspectors, contractors, photographers, appraisers, and other top professionals throughout the real estate industry. Whether your long-term goal is becoming a Realtor, Sales Partner, or building a career in operations, marketing, or client service, you'll receive mentorship, meaningful responsibility, and real-world experience that most professionals don't gain until years into their careers. Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Show luxury homes to buyers and tenants Meet inspectors, contractors, photographers, appraisers, and vendors at properties Coordinate showings and property access Prepare luxury homes for showings and open houses Assist with client communications and scheduling Support marketing, client service, and administrative projects Help create the five-star client experience our reputation is built upon Run occasional errands and special projects Build relationships with clients and industry professionals while representing Amalfi Estates with exceptional professionalism Learn directly from one of the nation's top luxury real estate teams while taking on increasing responsibility and professional growth opportunities

Qualifications:
