Job Description

We are not trying to build the biggest team. We are building a team we are proud of. The Richard Reyes Network is a real estate team serving West Covina and the greater San Gabriel Valley, operating under Kings Capital Group LLC. Richard Reyes, Broker/Owner, has 17+ years in this market and more than 600 closed transactions in his own career. What he's built here is a team environment where agents get real coaching, real training, and a system to work
  • rather than a license, a desk, and a good luck handshake.
REAL AGENTS. REAL PRODUCTION. REAL RESULTS.
Jan Magana
  • 20 closed transactions, $15,274,888 in sales volume, 14 buyer-side and 6 listing-side, in his most recent 12 months.
Katherine — licensed February 2024. 9 closed transactions and $5,840,900 in sales volume, in her most recent 12 months. Individual results vary. The production shown reflects these individual agents and is not typical, promised, or guaranteed. We're looking for licensed California agents, including newly licensed agents, who want to be coached. If you want to build a durable book of business and are willing to prospect, follow up, and improve consistently, this environment was built to support that work. What you'll do Prospect using the team's scripts and follow-up system Work your database and sphere on a consistent rhythm Follow up with new and past inquiries, and log your conversations in the CRM Run buyer and seller consultations, and present with confidence Show property, write and negotiate offers, and manage your files to closing Attend scheduled training and live role-play in West Covina Track your own numbers
  • conversations, appointments set, appointments held, and closings What the team provides Hands-on coaching. Direct access to leadership and honest feedback on your activity, your numbers, your conversations, and your performance. Ongoing, not a quarterly review. Training and role-play, on a real schedule. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • team huddle, 8:30 AM Tuesday
  • role-play, 10:00 AM Tuesday
  • sales meeting, 10:30 AM Training covers prospecting, scripts, objection handling, buyer consultations, listing presentations, negotiation, follow-up, and accountability.
We practice live, not from a binder. Systems that keep you organized. Follow Up Boss CRM and the Mojo dialer, so your follow-up runs on a system instead of your memory. A collaborative office. Desk space in West Covina and colleagues who take the business seriously. Beyond scheduled training, how you use the office is up to you. Experienced leadership. A broker who still sells, with deep experience in short sales, 1031 exchanges, seller financing, and distressed properties. Opportunities to build listing and buyer business. Agents here may have access to company-generated inquiries, Zillow Flex, HomeLight, open houses on team listings, sign and floor calls, database opportunities, and other team-generated business. These are subject to availability, assignment, agent performance, and any applicable referral structures. A word on that last point, because it matters: the opportunities are real, but they aren't the reason to join. They're a supplement to a business you're building, not a substitute for one. Agents who come here primarily for leads don't last. Agents who come here to get better at this use the opportunities to accelerate work they're already doing. Who fits well here You'll do well here if you're coachable and apply feedback, consistent enough to protect your prospecting and follow-up time, professional in how you present and communicate, and ready to own your own results. Comfort on the phone helps, and a willingness to get comfortable counts for just as much. We're looking for agents who are hungry, willing to train, willing to be held accountable, and serious about building something sustainable. This opportunity suits agents who treat real estate as their primary business. Newly licensed agents are welcome, with the same expectation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a requirement. It's likely not the right fit if you'd rather work independently without coaching, or if you're looking for guaranteed pay. License requirements Active California DRE real estate salesperson license required at time of hire Ability to affiliate your license with Kings Capital Group LLC Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license Agents are responsible for their own DRE license renewal and Realtor/MLS dues Compensation This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor opportunity. There is no salary, no base pay, no draw, and no guaranteed income. Your earnings come entirely from the transactions you close. The pay range displayed on this posting is an estimated potential annual compensation range based on commission production. It is not a salary and it is not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on transactions closed, commission amounts, applicable splits and referral fees, individual production, and market conditions. We publish our structure rather than saving it for the third conversation: Commission split: a progression of 50% to 60% to 70% to 80%. Where you start and how you advance depends on your production and your compensation structure.
Transaction fee:
$550
Risk Management Fee:
$250 Desk fee: None Monthly fee: None Company-generated and referral business
  • including programs such as Zillow Flex
  • carries its own referral fees, splits, and economics, which differ from the structure above.
We'll walk you through exactly how each source works before you affiliate. We don't promise leads, appointments, transactions, or income. What we provide is coaching, training, systems, and opportunity. What you earn depends on your effort, your skill, and market conditions. How to apply Apply through Indeed and answer one question in your own words: Why do you believe you would succeed in a coaching-and activity-based environment like this one? A few honest sentences tell us more than a polished resume, and candidates who answer this are the ones we call first. The Richard Reyes Network is an equal opportunity organization. Personable, Truthful, and Accessible. The Richard Reyes Network is a dba of Kings Capital Group LLC. Richard Reyes, Broker/Owner, DRE #01847699.
