Leasing Consultant
- Experienced Career Strategies | Fort Collins and Surrounding Areas Career Strategies is currently seeking experienced Leasing Consultants for apartment communities throughout the Denver metro area.
If you have a background in apartment leasing, property management and strong customer service and sales, we want to connect with you. This is a great opportunity to work with established property management companies while growing your career in the multifamily housing industry. Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents both in person and over the phone Conduct apartment tours and highlight community features and amenities Follow up with prospects to convert leads into signed leases Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork Maintain strong customer service with current residents Support marketing and outreach efforts to maintain occupancy Work closely with property management and maintenance teams Requirements Previous apartment leasing experience Required Strong customer service and sales skills Professional communication and presentation skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing office environment Basic computer skills (property management software experience is a plus) Reliable and dependable work ethic Career Strategies' temporary population receives the following benefits:
