Tax Credit Leasing Consultant 📍 Fort Collins, CO 80525 💲 $23.00/Hour 🕒 Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 📋 Contract & Contract-to-Hire Opportunities BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Tax Credit Leasing Consultant to support a thriving affordable housing community in Fort Collins, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience with LIHTC/Tax Credit properties, strong leasing skills, knowledge of affordable housing compliance, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Conduct property tours and present community amenities to prospective residents

Manage the leasing process from inquiry through move-in

Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation

Complete income certifications and annual recertifications in accordance with LIHTC guidelines

Verify applicant eligibility and maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations

Maintain accurate resident files and ensure audit-ready documentation

Respond to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Follow up on leads and support occupancy goals

Assist with daily office operations and administrative responsibilities

Requirements

Previous Tax Credit (LIHTC) leasing experience required

Experience with income certifications and recertifications

Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements

Understanding of Fair Housing regulations is a must

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
