Responsibilities Photograph items for online listings and advertising Organize, sort, clean, and display merchandise Help research and identify household items, collectibles, furniture, tools, and other property Place price tags and prepare rooms for sale days Assist customers during estate sales Keep sale areas organized, clean, and safe Help monitor merchandise and reduce theft or damage Assist with checkout, wrapping purchases, and carrying items when needed Help with setup, breakdown, and post-sale cleanup Travel to estate sale locations as scheduled Follow instructions regarding client property and confidential information Qualifications Dependable and able to arrive on time Comfortable using a smartphone to take clear photographs Organized and able to work independently Friendly and professional with customers Able to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods Able to lift approximately 30-40 pounds with reasonable assistance Comfortable working in different homes, garages, basements, and outdoor areas Reliable transportation to job locations Estate sale, retail, photography, reselling, antiques, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required Schedule This is a part-time, as-needed position. Hours will vary depending on the estate sale schedule and may include weekdays and weekends. Initial hours are expected to average approximately 20-40 hours per month. About the Company Will's Lost and Found Estate Sales LLC helps Connecticut families organize and conduct professional in-person estate sales and online auctions. We handle photography, advertising, pricing, sale preparation, customer service, and the overall sale process.
