Job Description
The hardest part of starting in real estate isn't the license exam. It's the first ninety days, when nobody's calling you and nobody's told you what to do about it. Foraker Realty Co. has an office on the Concord Pike corridor in North Wilmington and headquarters at 135 E State St in Kennett Square. Family-owned — started 2021 with five agents, now 75 — and built around making sure a new agent has something real to work on Monday morning. No monthly fees. Ever. No desk fee, no tech fee.
