Estate Planning Associate Attorney Huth, Pratt & Milhauser is a well-established Boca Raton, Florida law firm focused on wills, trusts, estates, and guardianship seeking an Estate Planning Associate Attorney full time in the office with 1-5 years of experience to join its growing team.Summary:
Full time associate attorney to handle estate planning, trust and estate administration, guardianship, and related litigation. Applicants must be admitted to The Florida Bar and preferred to have at least two years of relevant legal experience.Responsibilities:
may include preparing estate planning documents, handling probate, trust administration, and guardianship matters, drafting pleadings, attending hearings, taking depositions, participating in mediation and arbitration, attending trials, and assisting with appellate matters.Required :
