Licensed Real Estate Assistant & Operations The Jabbour Group Boca Raton, FL Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $70,000 a year 12 hours ago Benefits Mileage reimbursement Qualifications Real Estate License Driver's License Attention to detail Driving Customer relationship management Full Job Description The Jabbour Group at Keller Williams | Boca Raton, Florida Full-Time | $45,000-$70,000 + Performance Bonuses The Jabbour Group, a high-producing South Florida real estate team based in Boca Raton, is looking for an exceptional Licensed Real Estate Operations & Showing Assistant to work directly alongside team leader Ryan Jabbour. This is not a traditional administrative position and it is not a commission-only real estate sales position. We are looking for someone who can become Ryan's right hand , someone equally comfortable showing a luxury home to a client, meeting a photographer at a listing, coordinating an inspection, communicating with another Realtor, updating the CRM, or making sure an important deadline doesn't fall through the cracks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Showings & Client Support Conduct buyer and rental property showings when needed Preview properties for clients and the team Assist with buyer tours and showing schedules Attend inspections, appraisals and final walkthroughs when appropriate Help host open houses Provide an exceptional, polished experience for our clients Listing & Field Operations Meet photographers, videographers, stagers, contractors and vendors at properties Confirm listings are prepared properly before photography, showings and open houses Coordinate signs, lockboxes, keys and listing materials Help oversee listing-launch logistics Handle property-related errands and local field assignments throughout Palm Beach and Broward County Real Estate Operations Coordinate appointments and schedules Communicate with clients, agents, vendors, title companies and other parties Follow up with showing agents and obtain feedback Maintain accurate client and transaction information inside Follow Up Boss Help track deadlines and outstanding transaction items Assist with listing and closing coordination Help maintain systems, checklists and procedures Assist with marketing materials, mail campaigns and Canva projects as needed
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are: Extremely organized Dependable and accountable Professional in both appearance and communication Excellent with clients Comfortable around luxury clientele and high-value properties Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly Comfortable working both in an office and out in the field Able to solve problems without needing constant direction Someone who notices what needs to be done and handles it Calm under pressure Detail-oriented A strong communicator by phone, text and email Comfortable driving throughout Boca Raton, Palm Beach County and Broward County
REQUIRED
Active Florida Real Estate License Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in person in the Boca Raton/South Florida area Ability to accommodate occasional evening or weekend property appointments when necessary Experience with Keller Williams, MLS, ShowingTime, Follow Up Boss and Canva is a plus, but the right personality, work ethic and ability to learn are even more important.

COMPENSATION
$45,000-$70,000 annually depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses and mileage reimbursement. There is significant opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation as the role grows.
