Job Description

Within the spirit of Making People s Dreams Come True , this position is responsible for the facilitation of the closing process for real estate transactions while maintaining a positive and customer focused environment. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities:
Prepare and review transaction documents by ordering title reports, gathering existing documentation, completing forms and statements, and obtaining payoffs and tax information. Work closely with Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Buyers, Sellers, and other affiliated parties and provide excellent customer service. Complete real estate escrow transactions. Complete closings by recording and filing documents, distributing final closing statements and clearing titles. Monitor scheduled closing dates and ensure all deadlines are met. Manage files from inception through post-closing and issuance of title policies. Attend closings. All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Associate s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school; or one (1) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A good understanding of real estate closing procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
