Role Description Full time, on-site role based in New Port Richey, FL Manage residential real estate transactions from contract through post-closing Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, title companies, and attorneys Review title commitments, surveys, and assist with title clearance Prepare and review closing documents, deeds, affidavits, and settlement statements Conduct closings and ensure accurate execution of documents Balance, disburse, and reconcile escrow funds Record documents and handle post-closing matters Assist attorneys with title review, due diligence, and transactional support Maintain organized files and compliance with Florida closing requirements Background 2+ years of residential real estate closing experience Knowledge of Florida real estate closings, title insurance, escrow administration, and recording requirements Experience reviewing title commitments and resolving title issues Florida Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain Florida Title Agent License required Law firm, title company, or real estate practice experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and closing software (i.e. Closer's Choice)

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
