Epoch Residential is looking for a motivated and personable Leasing Consultant to join the team at Delmara , our upcoming apartment community in Odessa, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to join a community during its lease up phase and play an important role in building the resident community from the ground up. The ideal candidate is energetic, sales minded, customer focused and enjoys creating positive experiences for prospective and future residents. What You'll Do Greet and assist prospective residents and provide an exceptional leasing experience Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes and community amenities Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases Prepare and process leasing applications and related documentation Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in our leasing systems Assist with marketing, resident events, outreach and other lease up activities Build strong relationships with prospective residents and the surrounding community Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process Work closely with the property management team to support the successful opening and ongoing operation of the community Perform other duties as needed to support the community and team What We're Looking For Previous apartment leasing, sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in helping people Comfortable with sales, follow up and working toward leasing goals Organized and detail oriented Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
