In this role, you will be the welcoming face for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your bilingual skills will enable you to communicate effectively with diverse client populations, ensuring a seamless leasing experience. You will manage lease agreements, coordinate property tours, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to fair housing regulations and property policies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales expertise, administrative skills, and passion for property management in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet prospective tenants in person and via phone or online platforms, providing detailed property information and answering inquiries in both English and [second language] Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to attract qualified applicants Manage lease or rental agreement processes, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards and company policies Utilize property management tools such as Yardi, OneSite, and other CRM systems to input data accurately and maintain organized records Screen applicants by verifying income, rental history, credit reports, including Section 8 and LIHTC programs, while ensuring adherence to Fair Housing regulations Coordinate with maintenance teams for property upkeep and facilitate client communication regarding repairs or concerns Assist in budgeting, rent collection, conflict management, and upselling additional services or amenities to enhance resident satisfaction Maintain compliance with landlord-tenant law, Section 8 guidelines, and other legal requirements related to leasing activities Support team management by collaborating with colleagues on leasing goals, training new staff members, and sharing best practices for customer service excellence Skills Proven experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar tools Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC programs, and Section 8 housing policies Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and client communication abilities Demonstrated ability in negotiation, conflict management, and contract review within a real estate or property management setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, filing, reporting and correspondence Experience managing lease agreements and rental contracts efficiently while maintaining accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to handle office tasks such as filing documents, managing contracts, and maintaining organized administrative records Skilled in upselling amenities or additional services to prospective residents to maximize occupancy rates Strong team management capabilities coupled with effective facilities management knowledge for property maintenance coordination Bilingual fluency in English and [second language], enabling clear communication across diverse client populations Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding living experiences!
