Job Description
Overview We are looking for a motivated, dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Bilingual Real Estate & Mortgage Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients in both English and Spanish. This person will provide administrative and client support for our real estate and mortgage operations, assist with transactions, follow up with leads and clients, manage appointments, and help ensure the office runs efficiently. Real estate experience is preferred, and mortgage experience or licensing is a plus. Duties & Responsibilities Provide administrative support for real estate transactions and mortgage processes, including document preparation, data entry, and file organization. Answer and manage phone calls professionally, providing prompt and courteous customer service to clients and agents. Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish throughout the real estate and mortgage process. Follow up with leads and clients by phone and text. Schedule appointments, calls, property showings, and other client activities. Manage calendars and help coordinate daily schedules. Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems for contracts, disclosures, applications, and other important documents. Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy and completeness. Maintain confidentiality when handling client and transaction information. Work with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and other office software. Provide excellent customer service and help maintain positive client relationships. Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
