Pride Rock Capital Management LLC seeks a driven Leasing Agent to support leasing and resident relations across its multifamily portfolio. In this on-site role, you will manage the full leasing cycle: handling inquiries, touring units, qualifying prospects, preparing applications and leases, and ensuring regulatory and fair housing compliance. You'll track KPIs, use property management and CRM systems, support marketing and renewals, and provide a high-touch resident experience while partnering closely with asset management to drive occupancy and revenue performance. Responsibilities Manage full leasing cycle from inquiry to move-in across assigned multifamily assets Conduct property tours, present unit features, and close prospective residents Screen and qualify applicants, process applications, and prepare lease documents Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company leasing policies Maintain accurate records in property management and CRM systems Monitor and report on occupancy, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs Support marketing initiatives, online listings, and resident communications Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and lease expirations to optimize occupancy Partner with asset management and on-site teams to execute value-add strategies Deliver high-quality resident service to support retention and reputation Required Skills Lease negotiations Resident relations Property management software (Yardi/Real Page/App Folio) Lead generation Fair housing laws compliance Market analysis Sales and closing skills Reporting and KPIs CRM management Microsoft Excel
