Responsibilities Best practice:

in-office from 8:00-12 M-F and usually out of the office in the afternoons for appointments and open houses. Lead Generation to prospect for seller and buyer leads. Proactive Client Follow Ups Schedule appointments with qualified prospects and conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations. Negotiate contracts. Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our Database and Lead Generation Activities Memorize and Practice Scripts daily Master time blocking HI Real Estate license mandatory (not to apply) Qualifications Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Hawaii Real Estate license, at their cost.
