In this position, you must be 100% committed to customer service. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Multitasking is essential, along with the ability to maintain professional relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors. You will handle and oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our portfolio. You will also be responsible for managing your own schedule. Daily tasks include showing rental properties, moving tenants in, assisting tenants during their stay, and coordinating move-outs. There are opportunities to earn commission through leasing homes, referring clients, and even selling homes if desired. This position offers a great deal of flexibility and room for growth.
