Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Loan Originator specializing in Investment Lending to join our financial services team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in exceeding sales targets, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth within the investment real estate sector. The role combines company-provided leads with independent business development . Approximately four hours per day will be spent on a dialer working provided leads, with the remainder focused on building relationships and generating new business from real estate investors, developers, brokers, and other referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:

Work company-provided leads through a daily dialer Originate RTL loans for real estate investors and developers Build and manage your own book of business Develop relationships with investors, developers, brokers, and referral partners Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network Manage opportunities from initial contact through closing This is a strong opportunity for an originator who wants the support of consistent lead flow while also having the ability to build a long-term book of business.

Pay:

$60,500.00 - $170,500.00 per year
