Job Description
RMK Management is growing! Come work for a fun and family oriented company. We're looking for people with great attitudes and fantastic customer service to work at our beautiful property, Versailles on the Lakes Schaumburg. As a Leasing Consultant, you will manage the leasing process for prospects assisting to ensure a smooth move to our beautiful community. A few of your main duties: Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community. Process applications and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals. Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments, and creating and following up with maintenance requests. Assist with resident relations, and other assignments as needed.
